What do you do?
I specialise in helping businesses stand out in competitive markets, turning complex propositions into compelling stories that generate enquiries and revenue. I assist with launching new services, improving market visibility and building campaigns that generate qualified opportunities, all with an approach that is always centred around return on investment.
It’s hard to pick a single highlight of the work I do because no two days are ever the same. One day I might be helping a client launch a new service, the next I’m speaking at a conference or working with a leadership team on their growth strategy. That’s what I enjoy most about agency life: the variety.
More than anything, the highlight has been seeing the impact that great marketing can have on a business. Whether it’s helping a client attract their ideal customers, grow their reputation or give them the confidence to think bigger, it’s incredibly rewarding to know the work we do genuinely moves businesses forward.

Tell us a bit about yourself
I began my career in 2010, when I did an apprenticeship working for a software house. Before joining Imagine That, or JE Consulting as it was known then, I spent 15 years at IRIS Software Group, where I was the Accountancy Marketing Lead, developing go-to-market strategies and demand generation campaigns for one of the UK’s largest software providers, giving me extensive experience across SaaS and professional services.
Today, as Marketing Director at Imagine That, part of K3 Advisory Group, I work with businesses to build stronger brands, launch new products and services and create marketing strategies that support sustainable business growth. Alongside my day-to-day role, I’m a regular speaker at industry conferences, sharing practical insights on marketing and how businesses can differentiate themselves in increasingly competitive markets.
The core values that shape my approach are curiosity, accountability and kindness. I believe the best ideas come from asking better questions and never assuming you’ve got all the answers. I’m also a big believer in taking ownership: if you’re responsible for something, see it through and be accountable for the outcome. Finally, treating people with respect and kindness matters. Marketing is a people business and the relationships you build often have the biggest impact.
What do you enjoy outside of work?
Outside of work, I love spending time with my two four-legged bosses, Frankie and Sandy, catching up with friends and family and going to live gigs whenever I get the chance. I never need much of an excuse to buy concert tickets and love nothing more than good food, great company and a glass of Provence rosé.
Fun fact: I was on The Chase in September 2025. Unfortunately, I didn’t win and the episode received some heat due to the team’s performance, but I got the most money in the cash builder round, so I’ll take that!
